Rich and full-bodied

Great full-bodied and structured red wines, well-aged and coming from important terroirs that constitute an essential starting point for bottles loved all over the world. Unique and appreciated wines with a splendid structure and softness, composed of a lower acidity and sapidity. What differentiates and enhances them are the presence of soft tannins, components found in the skins, stems and pips, extracted in greater quantities. A fundamental role is played by malolactic fermentation, a constant process in these types of wines, which allows a decrease in acidity contributing to rounding the overall gustatory profile of the wine. The aging in wood and bottle completes and completes the aging process.
