When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with which you can track your order. Using the link in the email, you can track your order and any problems the courier may have in identifying your address. You can also check the status of the shipment at any time in the “MY ORDERS” section, after logging into your account, or by directly accessing the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” section at the bottom of the page. The tracking link you’ll find in there is activated within 24 hours of you placing your order.
Shipping for delivery within 48-72 hours costs €7.90 and is free for all orders over €69. If you select delivery to a Signorvino store, the service is free.
If you place your order before 2.00 pm, estimated delivery by courier is 2 working days. All orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. If you choose store delivery, your goods will be delivered to your chosen store within 5-7 working days if you order before 2.00 pm. All orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Currently our system does not support address change. We suggest you contact our Customer Service with your order number and correct address. We will notify the courier directly to request delivery to the address you give us.
For shipments to Italy, Signorvino uses TNT.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during Italian public holidays* will be processed starting from the next working day.

You can choose your trusted Signorvino store before completing the payment. The expected delivery time at the point of sale can vary between 5 and 7 working days from the moment the package is received by our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your package has been delivered to your selected store.
The expected store delivery time varies between 5 and 7 working days from the moment the order is received by our warehouse. You will receive an email as soon as your package has been delivered to the store you selected and from that moment you will have 10 days to collect it.
We do not currently offer this service. The payment methods we accept for in-store collection are prepaid (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
Make sure you entered your email address correctly when making your purchase by going to the “MY ORDERS” section after logging into your account. If you have not registered on Signorvino.com, you can check it by going to the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” section at the bottom of the page. If the email address entered is incorrect, contact our Customer Service for more information.
If you cannot collect the order yourself, you can delegate a trusted person to collect it. We suggest that the person of your choice present himself at the chosen sales point with a written proxy and an identity document.
After the 10 days available for collection, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been credited back using the same payment method used when placing the order. The time when this credit is displayed may vary according to the timings of your reference bank.
