  • How can I track my order?

    When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with which you can track your order. Using the link in the email, you can track your order and any problems the courier may have in identifying your address. You can also check the status of the shipment at any time in the “MY ORDERS” section, after logging into your account, or by directly accessing the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” section at the bottom of the page. The tracking link you’ll find in there is activated within 24 hours of you placing your order.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping for delivery costs €9,90 and is free for all orders over €119. If you select delivery to a Signorvino store, the service is free.

  • What is the delivery time for my online order by courier?

    If you place your order before 2.00 pm, estimated delivery by courier is 2-3 working days. All orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. If you choose store delivery, your goods will be delivered to your chosen store within 4-5 working days if you order before 2.00 pm. All orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

  • I entered an incorrect shipping address: how can I change it?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address directly from our website. However, you may be able to update it through the Poste Italiane online service (https://www.poste.it/) or by following the instructions contained in the notifications you will receive via email or SMS. Address changes are generally only possible after receiving the email confirmation of pickup by the courier. Please note: the possibility of making changes depends exclusively on the courier's policies and the progress of the delivery.

  • Who is my order delivered by?

    For shipments to Italy, Signorvino uses Poste Italiane.

  • What are the Italian public holidays?

    Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during Italian public holidays* will be processed starting from the next working day.

    Easter and Easter Monday
    25th April
    1st May
    2nd June
    15th August
    1st November
    8th December
    24th-26th December
