  • What is the "Signorvino Club" loyalty programme and why join?

    It is a loyalty programme which, by adding points to a card called the “Signorvino Card”, earned on purchases made in our stores and online (after logging into your account), gives the card holder exclusive benefits and the opportunity to reach two different STATUSES.   • How can I join the "Signorvino Club" loyalty programme?

    You can register in one of two ways:

    - in your trusted store: you will be issued with a free “clean” card to gain “Wine Lover” status
    - “electronically” directly on our Signorvino website at the following

    In both cases you will have to “activate” the aforementioned card by registering with the "Signorvino Club" loyalty programme. If you then want to convert your virtual card into a physical card, you can go to the store closest to you and ask for it to be replaced.

  • I can't complete the registration to the “Signorvino Club” loyalty programme via the website, what can I do?

    Request support from our Customer Service at hello@signorvino.com.

  • How can I add points to my “Signorvino Card” card?

    Remember to identify yourself before the receipt is issued by presenting your “Signorvino Card” or by giving the name and surname used to activate it.
    Loyalty points will be automatically loaded onto the activated “Signorvino Card” with every purchase in one of the Signorvino stores participating in the initiative (both in the restaurant/bar and in the store or via the website (after logging in to the account), in the amount of one point per euro spent rounded down (e.g. £1.99 = 1 point).   • When will the points accumulated on my "Signorvino Card" be displayed?

    "The points will be uploaded and accounted for by the system on a daily basis; in the event of unforeseen technical issues they may be uploaded within a longer period of up to 15 days from the transaction date (online and in stores).
    Points will be deducted for returns by the same measure as as they are credited. If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will not be counted."

  • If I make an exchange in store or a return online, are the points I earned deducted?

    In accordance with our rules, returns will result in points being deducted by the same measure as they are credited. For further details, you can read the rules at the following Link.

  • I have lost my card, what do I do?

    In the event of loss or theft of your Card, go to any Signorvino store participating in the initiative to request a replacement: you will need to verify your details, the lost/stolen Card will be cancelled and you will receive a new one which will allow you to recover any points already earned and not used.

  • How can I unsubscribe from the "Signorvino Club" loyalty programme?

    You can freely request to be deleted from the loyalty programme at any time by contacting Customer Service on 045 8613640. Alternatively, log into the site and enter your account. At the bottom of the “Signorvino Club” section, you will find the unsubscribe button.
