Only a few careful technological modifications have been made over time. One of the company's strengths is certainly its end product: sparkling wines using the classic method, refined and bold at the same time, able to tell you the story of Piedmont in a glass. Even now, the sparkling wines are produced strictly by following the classic method. From the work in the vineyard to selecting the best grapes, to the meticulous work in the cellar: every step is carried out with care and attention. Even the labels maintain their traditional elegance: they remain unchanged since the 1920s and are another distinguishing feature of the company's production.
