  • How can I make a return in store?
    • Order at signorvino.com and if the products don't meet your expectations, you can return them for free to one of our stores. If you want to return the products to a Signorvino store you can do it without filling the online return form. You will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to pay your online order.

  • Can I return my online purchase to a store?

    At Signorvino.com you always have the option to change your mind and return your purchase without having to fill in the online return form. You can simply return the products at any Signorvin store. The refund will be made by the same payment method as the purchase. The point of sale is not required to refund the value of your return in cash.

  • Can I exchange my online purchase in store?

    For orders placed online, exchanges cannot currently be made in Signorvino stores. Orders placed on the website can always be returned to Signorvino stores. At certain times of year, sale items cannot be returned to the store. In this case, returns can only be made by TNT courier.

  • How and when will I receive a refund for my in-store return?

    The refund will be made with the same payment method as the online purchase. The refund will be made in a very short time, no later than 14 days (for orders purchased by Credit Card, Postepay, PayPal, Klarna). If you chose cash on delivery as the initial payment method or used a gift card, in order to receive the refund, we advise you to send us your IBAN and details of the current account holder by writing to hello@signorvino.com. The point of sale is not required to refund the value of your return in cash.

  • How to make a return on Signorvino.com?

    To make a return request, access the order status by entering the “MY ORDERS” section, after logging into your account. If you have not registered on Signorvino.com, access the “TRACK YOUR ORDER” section at the bottom of the page. On your order page, you will find the “REQUEST A RETURN” button. Simply to fill in the form by selecting the item, quantity and reason. Returns can be made by courier or in your trusted Signorvino store.

  • Can I return my online purchase by courier?

    At Signorvino.com you always have the option to change your mind and return your purchase for free. You will have to fill in the return form using the online procedure found on your order page and choose courier as the return method. Items must be returned to our warehouse. All instructions will be given to you during the return process. We remind you that you have 14 days to complete the online return form.

  • I ordered the wrong wine, can I replace it?

    We currently do not offer an exchange service for items purchased online. However, you can return your order if you are not satisfied with the items received and receive a refund.

  • The courier has been to collect the return can I book a new return collection?

    If the courier has not collected your return, contact our Customer Service at hello@signorvino.com with your order number and the complete collection address. We will contact the courier directly to book a new return collection.

  • Where can I find the return label?

    In order to find and download the return label, you must first complete the return procedure. You can do this by accessing the “Track your order” section at the bottom of the main page and clicking on the “Request a return” button. You will be able to download the label directly from your return details after 24 hours. By clicking on the “Download the return label” box, the return label will be sent to the email address associated with the order for which the return was made. You don't need to login.

  • I have filled in the return form but I have changed my mind and I want to keep the items, what can I do?

    If you have changed your mind, write to hello@signorvino.com, providing your order number. Our Customer Service will cancel the return request to the courier.

  • I have already filled in the online return form and I want to change it, what can I do?

    The online return form cannot be changed after it has been completed and confirmed. Therefore, make sure you choose correctly all the items you want to return and return them in one shipment. It is also not possible to change the store selected for the return.

  • How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

  • Will the initial shipping costs always be refunded in the event of a return?

    The initial shipping costs incurred by you will only be refunded if and when you have returned all the items in your order.Therefore, if you return only some of the products you ordered and withhold others, the initial shipping costs will not be returned to you."

  • How does the return work if I paid by Scalapay or Klarna Pay in 3 instalments?

    Once the return has been approved, the instalments already paid will be refunded to you, while the instalments not yet paid will be cancelled. In case of partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining instalments and you will receive a refund for any difference."
