  The variable denomination gift cards and e-gift cards chosen by the customer range from a minimum of €10 to a maximum of €1999.

• Can I use an e-Gift Card online or in-store?

  You can use your e-Gift Card on our online site and in participating stores. You can print the confirmation email and deliver it to the store, so that it can be converted, if you wish, into a physical Gift Card. Once converted, you can also use it in restaurants.

• How can I check the balance of my Gift Card / e-Gift Card?

• Where do I enter the Gift Card or e-Gift Card number to place an order online?

  At the final stage of the order, after selecting the payment method, you have the option of entering the number from your e-Gift Card or the number and PIN of the physical Gift Card. Please note that only one Gift Card / e-Gift Card can be used per online order.
  In order to use it correctly, you must enter the same email address to which the Gift card was sent.

• What is the difference between a Gift Card and an e-Gift Card?

  The Gift Card can be purchased in stores and can be used both in stores and online. The e-Gift Card can be purchased online and used both in stores (after having converted it into a physical Gift Card) and online at www.signorvino.com . www.signorvino.com. In addition to retail, the physical Gift Card can also be spent on restaurants.

• Do I have to use the e-Gift Card amount in one lump sum?

  The Gift Card / e-Gift Card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

• Can I choose a gift box for my order?

  Yes, Signorvino offers a gift wrapping service that you can choose at the final stage of your purchase.

• Which gift boxes can I choose for my online order?

  Signorvino allows you to choose two types of gift packaging.
  1) The wooden packaging at a cost of 6.90€ where you can insert up to 3 bottles of 0.75 or a magnum bottle of 1.5L. We will pack your gift hiding the price and choose, among those illustrated, the box with the most suitable size to protect the products. The gift option is not available for large formats, wine boxes and bottles already provided with original case.
  2) The self-kit cardboard box with graphics Signorvino at a cost of 1.50 € to pack your bottle independently.

• Can I place a single order with multiple packaged products?

  During checkout you can select which items to include in the gift box, but it is not possible to select more than one gift box per order. To include other items in a different gift box, we recommend placing a new order. You can always select “Cardboard Gift Box” (self-kit for wrapping items at home) and add the required quantity for the items you wish to wrap. Note that you can select the gift packaged by us option and also add self-kits to the same order.
