Great full-bodied and structured red wines, well-aged and coming from important terroirs that constitute an essential starting point for bottles loved all over the world. What differentiates and enhances them are the presence of soft tannins, components found in the skins, stems and pips, extracted in greater quantities. A fundamental role is played by malolactic fermentation, a constant process in these types of wines, which allows a decrease in acidity contributing to rounding the overall gustatory profile of the wine. The aging in wood and bottle completes and completes the aging process.
