La cantina Ca' del Monte sorge nel cuore della Valpolicella, su soleggiate colline dove i suoi 50 ettari di vigneti danno vita a vini autentici e naturali, fedeli alle tradizioni e al territorio. L’Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Eremo Alto è un Amarone tradizionale, le cui uve dopo la vendemmia, sono messe ad appassire in locali ben ventilati, così come previsto dalla rinomata tecnica di produzione di questo vino. Una volta appassite, vengono pigiate e messe a fermentare per poi maturare in botti. Nel calice Eremo Alto si presenta con un color rubino dai riflessi granati, tenue e piuttosto delicato. Al naso il profumo di rosa emerge con eleganza e si arricchisce poi di note fruttate di ciliegia e speziate dolci, con ricordi di tabacco e caffè di sottofondo. Il sorso è pieno, avvolgente e dal finale secco, dal buon equilibrio. Ideale con carni rosse, formaggi e piatti saporiti. LA CANTINA

Ca' del Monte

Ca' del Monte takes its name from the area between the village of Negrar, north of Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella and the hills of San Peretto. The winery is enthusiastically run by the dynamic brothers Umberto and Giuseppe Zanconte, and it is the 3rd generation that looks after the family estate since the early 1900s. The farm consists of around 50 hectares of vineyards, located entirely on the sunny south-western hills. The vineyard is located at an altitude of 275 metres above sea level and is planted with the typical red grapes of Valpolicella: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and other indigenous grape varieties.
