Production

Ronchedone in particular is a Venetian red wine made from Marzemino and Sangiovese, plus a small balance of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines, fermented in steel, are aged in barriques for a full 14 months. Another 10 glass ones will pass through before marketing. 100ml: E=366kJ/88kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Ronchedone is a powerful, captivating wine. Blueberry and plum concentrate, cherry jam, and balsamic and spicy puffs. Consistent and vibrant sip.

Occasion and Pairing

Excellent in combination with red meats, but also a ragù made with love.
