The result of careful manual harvesting and the subsequent drying of typical grapes, such as Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta, this wine represents the production excellence of Valpolicella. The refinement is both small wood and large wood. E=100 ml: 387 KJ/ 92 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it presents an appealing ruby red color and surprises on the nose with notes of red fruit jam, sensations of wilted violets, and hints of coffee, chocolate, and tobacco. The palate is in absolute balance, soft, fresh, and featuring delicate tannins.
