The Lini 910 winery was founded in 1910 in the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Over 100 years of history, which have seen Lambrusco develop into a wine of excellence. Metodo Classico Lambrusco Rosso Millesimato is a sparkling red wine made from 100% Lambrusco Salamino grapes. Produced by the Metodo Classico and aged in the bottle, it rests for 12 months on the lees and its strength lies in its breadth of flavour. In the glass, it is an intense ruby red with a few garnet reflections. With a very fine perlage, on the nose it expresses a great breadth of flavour including a great variety of aromas: spices, red fruits, dried fruit, yeast and brioche. On the palate, it is balanced thanks to a freshness that supports the body, combining power with elegance. The tannins are very elegant and never intrusive, perfectly integrated when tasted. A wine of uncanny elegance which, thanks to its balance, is easily paired with traditional Emilian cuisine, meat-based appetisers or, why not? As an aperitif to surprise your guests. The winery was founded in 1910, by great-grandfather Oreste in Correggio, in the heart of Emilia. More than 100 years of history that have seen every change in the world of wine, especially Lambrusco, which is experiencing a renaissance in recent years. The winery wanted to make it a wine of excellence, skilfully elaborating it through the Metodo Classico, which has always been a passion of the family, alongside more traditional sparkling wines that are just as surprising when produced in the Emilian context, such as Pinot Noir.
