Intense and structured wines

The most structured white wines are made of an alcohol content equal to or higher than 13% alcohol, with an acidity of the must of important origin ensuring a better longevity of the wine and its predisposition to longer aging periods. Malolactic fermentation and aging in wood are two processes that allow these types of wines to create a more rounded, intense and structured taste. These rich and generous white wines can wrap the palate and sometimes are enriched with structure and aromas thanks to long maceration on the skins, also in amphora.
