The vines are cultivated according to natural and sustainable practices, without the use of synthetic chemical products. In the cellar, vinification follows traditional and rigorous methods: spontaneous fermentations, extremely long skin macerations, and extended aging in large oak barrels, often for several years, with no fining or filtration. Time is a central element in Vodopivec’s work, regarded not as a limitation but as an essential tool to achieve balance and depth.
