TASTING NOTES

The Rosso del Sebino Maurizio Zanella is the result of the union between 50% of Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% of Cabernet Franc and the equivalent balance in Merlot. The wine, high in French woods, remains in the bottle after about a year and in the cellar, until the company considers it ready for sale. The Maurizio Zanella is a Bordeaux cut with character and measure, plays on black and green tones of great depth. The palate is not to be outdone with a perfectly balanced sip. Perfect with meat in general, especially with grilled meats. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 14/16 ºC.
