TASTING NOTES

The Rosso del Sebino Maurizio Zanella is the result of the union between 50% of Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% of Cabernet Franc and the equivalent balance in Merlot. The wine, high in French woods, remains in the bottle after about a year and in the cellar, until the company considers it ready for sale. The Maurizio Zanella is a Bordeaux cut with character and measure, plays on black and green tones of great depth. The palate is not to be outdone with a perfectly balanced sip. Perfect with meat in general, especially with grilled meats. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 14/16 ºC.

The cultivation of over 200 hectares of vineyards is organized and divided respecting the characteristics of the land. Many plots are dedicated to natural cultivation, thanks to the growing adoption of sustainable practices. Furthermore, an entire area dedicated to art has been set up inside the cellar, where sculptures and other works contribute to creating the magic of the place and act as a continuous source of inspiration.
