Production

The vinification of Barolo from the Serralunga area takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 18 to 20 days. The aging process follows traditional methods, with the wine maturing in 25-30 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics

The Barolo from the Serralunga d'Alba area presents a garnet color with orange reflections. On the nose, it is very complex, with hints of leather, hay, earth, and spices. On the palate, it showcases a beautiful balance between acidity and tannins, which provides smoothness and a good persistence.

Occasion and Pairing

It is ideal when paired with red meat dishes or even with a pasta dish featuring a rich meat sauce.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
