TASTING NOTES

Production

Today, the Bosio family’s wines epitomise Piedmont’s wine heritage. A potential of over 700 hectares from the finest hills of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. An unrivalled winemaking heritage encompassing all the region’s major appellations, produced according to Egidio’s teachings: selection of the finest grapes and plots; impeccable quality control throughout the supply chain; simple, traditional processes that allow the true expression of the land—which he loved and cultivated throughout his life—to shine through. Nutritional facts per 100ml: 30kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

Intense and refined with hints of flowers and small red berries. Fresh with a floral and wild strawberry aftertaste. It retains high acidity and minerality, making it a balanced, fresh and sparkling experience.

Occasion and Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif and recommended with starters, first courses, fish soup, shellfish and full-flavoured cheeses.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.

THE WINERY

Bosio

We are in the territory of Santo Stefano Belbo, in the province of Cuneo, in the Langa of Cesare Pavese and Beppe Fenoglio, two Italian writers who have told the fatigue and love for their land of people who live this part of Piedmont, in the North West of Italy. And "estates" is the term with which the Bosio have decided to inaugurate their new way of doing business in the world of wine with the brand Bosio Family Estates. Bosio is a company firmly controlled by a family rooted for three generations in the territory of the Langhe. The Bosio family has chosen to follow the entire chain of grape processing, from the field to the cellar, using the most modern technologies for winemaking, sparkling wine and aging. Name and address of producer/distributor: Bosio Family Estates srl - Frazione Valdivilla, strada borelli, 10 - 12058 Santo Stefano Belbo (CN). The products of this cellar should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
