Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Rosé is the best expression of this territory, experiences that allow you to understand the raw material and its processing processes. Cuvée Prestige is made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, all from 18 organic vines. The result of a careful selection of grapes and a wise vinification through the Ca' del Bosco Method, Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige Rosé comes from grapes harvested and selected by hand and the must of the base wines ferment in steel. Seven months of aging are necessary for the wine to be unbleached, mature and bring out the best character of the original vines. The wines are then blended in the magic rite of the creation of the Cuvée and only after a minimum 2 years aging on lees, this Franciacorta can express all its richness and identity. The dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen, using a unique system, designed and patented by Ca' del Bosco, avoiding oxidative shocks and sulphite additions. This cuvée is presented in a glass of bright pink with bright cherry, has a gentle and refined nose that reminds of pomegranate, black cherries, raspberries, bitter almonds and sweet notes of sponge cake, with a mineral note. The taste reveals a fresh, savory and justly crisp character in the fruity references, with a long and satisfying end of confetti. Excellent with salted cod, cacciucco but also for aperitif. To fully appreciate the style, this wine should be served at a service temperature of 10/12°C.
