Rosa Dei Masi is a Venetian rosé wine made entirely from Refosco grapes, aged exclusively in stainless steel and considered the rosé version of the better-known Campofiorin. A new take on rosé wines thanks to Masi’s expertise in using grapes that have been slightly dried. Nutritional values: 100 ml: Energy = 314 kJ / 75 kcal
In the glass, it presents a beautiful salmon-pink hue and a bouquet revealing notes of raspberry and strawberry, crisp cherry and grapefruit. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with just the right softness and delicate freshness.
A perfect wine as an aperitif, with rustic vegetable tarts and white meats, including grilled dishes.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 10–12°C.
