We are located south of Lake Garda where the Lugana area takes shape. Here the glacial soils give rise to morainic soils rich in debris and deposits, which towards the lake are enriched more with clay, creating patchy areas. This land is really difficult to work, especially in situations of drought or persistent disruptions. It is precisely in these soil and climatic conditions that the Turbiana variety is grown, belonging to the Trebbiano family, which gives rise to Lugana, the characteristic white wine from this area. An explosion of aromas and freshness, a wine capable of making any special occasion even more unique. Yellow colour with straw green reflections, characterized by a thick foam and a fine, sinuous and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is an explosion of scents; full and intense with notes of apple, apricot, pear and rose. Harmonious and elegant with very fresh aromas. Pleasantly acidic and savory, fresh and fruity. Brut Pratello goes well with the entire meal, with meat and fish, with pasta and vegetables. Or with a pork tenderloin cooked in the oven with thyme, with a mixed fried fish or with a legume soup.
