Production

Duca di Dolle is a young winery in the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene which offers a range of Prosecco labels already well-established on the market thanks to their authentic character. The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extrafine Brut Cuvée is a highly enjoyable wine made from Glera grapes, blended with a small percentage of local grapes, harvested by hand and fermented first in steel tanks, then in autoclaves according to the production principles of the Martinotti or Charmat method. Per 100 ml: 67 kcal/280 kJ

Organoleptic Characteristics

It has a bright straw-yellow colour with persistent, fine bubbles. On the nose, it offers delicate, light aromas reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit and subtle vegetal and mineral notes. The palate, savoury and mineral, is well-balanced and elegant, authentic and lively.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfect for bringing a touch of freshness to warm summer evenings at aperitif time or to accompany a wide variety of fresh, light dishes.

The entire company territory is among the UNESCO World Heritage sites: 25 hectares of vineyard and 75 hectares of forest preserved in an ideal ecosystem, located in the Rolle hills, the heart of the DOCG. The company only processes its own grapes with full respect for the land and the environment. Signorvino in close cooperation has exclusively “adopted” an entire Cartizze vineyard of about 1.2 Ht.
