Duca di Dolle è una giovane realtà sulle colline di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene che offre una gamma di etichette di Prosecco già ben affermate sul mercato grazie alla loro autentica tipicità. Il Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extrafine Brut Cuvée è un vino di grande piacevolezza che nasce da uve Glera, affiancante da una piccola percentuale di uve locali, raccolte a mano e fatte fermentare in vasche di acciaio per la prima volta, poi in autoclave secondo i principi produttivi del metodo Martinotti o Metodo Charmat. Ha un colore giallo paglierino brillante con bollicine persistenti e fini. Al naso ha profumi delicati e leggeri che ricordano la frutta a polpa bianca e le sensazioni vagamente vegetali e minerali. L’assaggio, sapido e minerale, risulta ben equilibrato ed elegante, autentico e vivace. Perfetto per regalare freschezza nelle calde sere d’estate all’ora dell’aperitivo o per accompagnare una grande varietà di piatti freschi e leggeri. The entire company territory is among the UNESCO World Heritage sites: 25 hectares of vineyard and 75 hectares of forest preserved in an ideal ecosystem, located in the Rolle hills, the heart of the DOCG. The company only processes its own grapes with full respect for the land and the environment. Signorvino in close cooperation has exclusively “adopted” an entire Cartizze vineyard of about 1.2 Ht.
