Duca di Dolle is a young company situated in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. It produces a range of Proseccos which have already established themselves on the market thanks to their authentic characteristics. Prosecco Valdobbiadene Extrafine Brut Cuvée is an extremely pleasant wine made primarily from Glera grapes with a small percentage of local varieties, harvested by hand and allowed to ferment firstly in steel tanks and then in a pressure tank in accordance with the production principles of the Martinotti (or Charmat) method. It is bright straw yellow in colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it has light and delicate aromas that are reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit along with vaguely vegetable and mineral sensations. The flavoursome mineral taste is well balanced, elegant, authentic, and lively. This wine is perfect for a refreshing drink on a warm summer evening, either to accompany an aperitif or alongside a wide variety of fresh, light food.
