Production

Rosanoire is a 100% Pinot Noir vinified as a rosé according to a free-spirited approach. The must remains in contact with the skins for just a few hours to impart a rosé colour; after fermentation and a brief rest in steel, it is bottled. Energy (100ml) 326kJ/78kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

The screw cap ensures fragrance and precision; once poured into the glass, it reveals a bright, vivid and intense pink colour. On the nose, it offers aromas of cherry, rose and orange; it is fresh and inviting. On the palate, the wine is crisp, fresh and vibrant. The fruity notes reappear vigorously on the palate, leaving a pleasantly clean finish.

Occasion and Pairing

Pair with a vegetable quiche or a Milanese cutlet.

Serving Temperature
