THE WINERY

La Morandina

The Cantina della Morandina boasts a winery that counts almost five centuries of history, traditions and indissoluble memories, which can be found in every step of the entire production. Its name represents an established reality in Piedmont, and one of the most important reference points for Italian wine culture. Since its foundation, the company has been dedicated to the production of the best Piedmontese wines the region has to offer. It is located in the area of Castiglione Tinella, in the Langhe, where the famous Morandini Hill stands. It covers an altitude of three hundred to four hundred metres above sea level. The unique soil allows the cultivation of a very aromatic Moscato d'Asti, with a fresh flavour and hint of herbs. The four vineyards where the Morandina wines are produced will give you some of the best wines in the entire area, to discover the most authentic side of Piedmont in every glass. Name and address of producer/distributor: La Morandina - Via Morandini, 11, 12053 Castiglione Tinella CN. Products from this winery should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
