THE WINERY

La Morandina

Daniele Parma is an independent winemaker who founded the Azienda Agricola La Ricolla in 2004 after having gained twenty years of experience in winemaking in the family business. Driven by curiosity and continuous research, Daniele exclusively works his grapes cultivated personally in respect of the vital cycles of the vine with the knowledge that the old vines give the best fruits and express the territory more authentically. These characteristics pushed him to abandon and recover the historical varieties with the idea of remaking the traditional wines he had known as a young man alongside his father and the local farmers. Since 2017 Daniele begins to take his first steps in biodynamic world, finding an agricultural approach of renewed interaction between man and nature, based on self-defense and balance, rather than the surgery. Name and address manufacturer/distributor: La Ricolla - Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, 12 - 16040 Ne (GE) - Italia. The products of this cellar should be stored in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
