Zuplun è una distilleria nata dalla visione di Florian Rabanser che anni fa decise di acquisire un maso a Siusi allo Sciliar (Seis am Schlern), località alle pendici delle Dolomiti (a più di 1000 m d’altitudine) poco distante da Bolzano, per iniziare la produzione di distillati di alta qualità con erbe ed ingredienti locali, con l’obiettivo di esprimere la sua terra e la sua personalità. L’armonia nel combinare fra di loro ingredienti maturata nel mestiere precedente e il suo carattere schietto e determinato stanno alla base del suo successo si riflettono nei suoi prodotti. La sua gamma include liquori, acquaviti, grappe, gin e rhum i quali riscuotono regolarmente grande interesse dal pubblico e premi internazionali. La grappa Traminer è il risultato della distillazione di vinacce di Gewürztraminer provenienti dai viticoltori Gumphof e Weinberghof dell’Alto Adige. Lavorazione artigianale in alambicco, distillato due volte con la tecnica a bagnomaria in caldaiette di rame. Colore chiaro e trasparente. Al naso il Gewürztraminer offre un ampio e variegato corredo aromatico di frutta, fiori e spezie. Al palato è opulento, fruttato, morbido con punte di dolcezza. Zuplun

In the autonomous province of Bolzano, near the municipality of Castelrotto, stands what is now the main distillery in the Dolomites. Its owner and founder, Florian Rabanser, founded it about fifteen years ago, with the idea of starting a business that would allow him to be close to his family and to make the love he felt for genuine flavours bear fruit. Very attached to the territory and his origins, Florian only bottles and sells his spirits when he is certain and satisfied with the result, so as to ensure unique and incomparable flavours. At an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level, Zu Plun produces and offers grappas and distillates with authentic flavours and made from natural mountain ingredients. Examples are Yellow Gin, made from juniper and Garda lemons, and Dol Gin, produced from botanicals from the Dolomites. Or the Pomegranate Grenoir and Salz Gin, with salt and oysters.
