Il Franciacorta Brut P.R. Blanc de Blancs è nato per festeggiare i 35 anni di attività di Monte Rossa e il suo nome è un omaggio ai fondatori dell’azienda che hanno le stesse iniziali: Paola Rovetta e Paolo Rabotti. È un metodo classico lombardo frutto dell’appassionata ricerca tra armonia ed eleganza, un Blanc de Blancs che coniuga l’ampiezza, la struttura, la complessità del vino di riserva per il 35% e la suadenza, la finezza tipiche dello Chardonnay, proveniente dai migliori cru aziendali, nel restante 65%. La fermentazione è in tini d’acciaio e botti di rovere. Ha un bel colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini e, avvicinando il calice al naso, si avvertono profumi di nespola e mela golden con rimandi alla mandorla verde. Il sorso è improntato su note fruttate e agrumate, spuma cremosa, in un quadro di grande equilibrio e lunga persistenza.
