The Cuvée Prestige Edition 47 is born from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes (mainly), Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir from over 100 vineyards of Franciacorta: the base wine refines in steel and is enriched with reserve wines up to 30%, to give stylistic continuity and complexity, while the refermentation in bottle takes place according to the classic method, with a rest on the yeasts of about 25 months, testimony to the rigor and technical precision typical of the maison Ca' del Bosco.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections and fine and persistent perlage; the nose is elegant, with notes of yellow apple, citrus, white flowers, toasted hazelnut and brioche bread; in the mouth it is creamy, fresh and harmonious, with a good taste and a clean and dry finish: Cuvée Prestige is the archetype of the Ca' del Bosco style, that is the balance between technical precision and natural elegance.
Perfect as a bubbly for all meals, it gracefully accompanies light appetizers, risottos, fish dishes, sushi, white meats and fresh cheeses: its gastronomic versatility stems from the gentle structure and the liveliness of the bubbly, that cleanses the palate and enhances a wide variety of flavors without overdoing them.
To fully appreciate the style, this wine should be served at a service temperature of 6/8°C.
