TASTING NOTES

Production

It remains in contact with the skins for a long period, around 10 days. This is followed by fermentation and malolactic fermentation, partly in stainless steel and partly in large 22hl oak barrels. Per 100ml: 330kJ/79kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

It has a brilliant ruby red colour, characterised by aromas of red fruits, particularly cherries and raspberries, with a finish of white pepper. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury, with delicate tannins and a good overall structure.

Occasion and Pairing

Pair with light, not overly structured first and main courses. Also excellent as an aperitif with platters of cold cuts and cheeses.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 14–16°C.
