TASTING NOTES

Production

It remains in contact with the skins for an extended period of about 10 days. This is followed by fermentation and malolactic fermentation, partly in steel and partly in large oak barrels of 22hL.

Organoleptic Characteristics

It presents a brilliant ruby red color, characterized by aromas of red fruits, especially cherries and raspberries, with a finish of white pepper. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with delicate tannins and overall good structure.

Occasion and Pairing

Pairs well with light first and second courses that are not too rich. Excellent also for appetizers with platters of cold cuts and cheeses.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 14-16°C.

Allergens: Solfiti
