Production

After harvesting, 75% of the grapes are destemmed and 25% are placed whole in the vats. Fermentation lasts around 10 days and during this period the must remains in direct contact with the skins at all times, so as to maximise the extraction of colour, aromas and flavours. This is followed by ageing, entirely in stainless steel. 100 ml: E=315 kJ/76 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

A lively and unpretentious Pinot Noir, perfect for everyday drinking. Its exuberance is evident from its ruby colour with garnet highlights, and is confirmed by a nose rich in wild berries and ripe cherry, culminating in a rounded, harmonious palate, free from harsh edges.

Occasion and Pairing

A bottle that can be uncorked to accompany white meat and vegetable dishes or fine poultry, as well as cold meat platters and pasta dishes.

Serving Temperature
