Production

After fermentation, the wine ages briefly in large wood before going into the bottle. Nutritional values: (E):367 KJ - 87 KCAL / 100ml

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it shows a light, transparent ruby red color, with aromas of cherry and raspberry, complemented by spicy hints that round out the bouquet. On the palate, it is light and juicy, with fresh, crunchy fruit. Fine tannins and low acidity make it very pleasant and versatile at the table.

Try it with white meats, a delicious vegetable timbale, or fresh cheeses.

This is the new symbol of Bolzano's winegrowing tradition: the Cantina Bolzano - Kellerei Bozen. The design of the building symbolises the quality and excellence of Alto Adige wines, the first CasaClima Wine®-certified wine cellar. It is here that the winegrowers dedicate themselves to making the wines of Kellerei Bozen unique, combining new knowledge and ancient traditions.
