TASTING NOTES

Valpolicella Superiore The return is the result of a harmonious team work, capable of amazing. In Rientro you read Rito because this wine is obtained only following a ritual, precise and punctual. The Valpolicella Superiore Reentro is made from 50% Corvina, 25% Rondinella, 20% Corvinone and 5% Oseleta and Croatina grapes. Expression of unique freshness, open to the typical characteristics of a light withering, with aromatic sensations of spices with subtle sweetness that on the finish remind of liquorice and close the tasting returning, as only great wines do. The ageing takes place in second-pass woods for 12 months. The wine is of an intense ruby red colour, with wide and intriguing aromas on the nose accompanied by hints of intense red fruits. On the palate it has a large structure and hints of marasca, blackberry, purple and light sweet spice. The Reentro is a wonderful accompaniment to veal and pork roast, which are ideal for this wine. Excellent also in combination with dishes of game or aged cheeses. To fully appreciate the style, Il Rientro must be served at a serving temperature of 14/16°C.
