Production

Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC is a red wine produced from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Harvesting is carried out by hand, followed by drying for about 30 days, fermentation with maceration at a controlled temperature. Ageing takes place in small wooden barrels for 24 months followed by 6 months in the bottle.

Organoleptic Characteristics

To the eye, the colour is an intense ruby red. On the nose, slightly withered fruit aromas such as cherry, floral notes of rose and balsamic hints emerge. On the palate, it is full-bodied, elegant and soft.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfect for every day and as a pairing with red meats, roasts and braised dishes.

In 2012 the SRC Vini winery was born from an idea of Rori, Cinzia and Sandra wine lovers and lovers of the territory of the northern side of Etna, with the project of creating a wine that respects and reflects the territory of the Sicilian island.
