Trento DOC Perlè Rosé di Ferrari is a refined and aristocratic Metodo Classico wine. In the glass, it is an antique pink in colour, shining with rose gold reflections thanks to the elegant and persistent perlage. It has an intense aroma, dancing with notes of small red berry fruits. Scents of raspberry and rose give way to roasted sensations of biscuit and candied orange. It is sumptuous and full on the palate, supported by an excellent structure, as is typical of Pinot Noir. Enriched by notes of spice, sweet almond, and yeast, it has a long finish. It is a perfect wine for uncorking during a romantic dinner. It is also ideal for accompanying fish and shellfish such as a tasty fried seafood dish or with an excellent lardo di Colonnata.
