TASTING NOTES

Toscana Singersangio is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, from vineyards of 15 years of age that rest on a calcareous-clay soil. The must follows an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and aging for 3 months in steel. A red, organic wine to be consumed strictly fresh. Singersangio combines two great passions of Tommaso Inghirami, the director of Grignano, recalling in the label the passion for the Sangiovese grape of Tuscany and the Singer sewing machines, of which he is a great collector having a few hundred. A wine that offers a delicately fruity bouquet, vinified and aged in steel, to be combined with grilled white meat or pasta dishes with light condiments. To fully appreciate the style, Toscana Singersangio must be served at a service temperature of 8/10 ºC.
