Production

The grapes are harvested towards the end of September, and the best bunches are sent for fermentation in steel vats and vitrified stainless steel cement tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C, with a maceration period on the skins of a dozen days. Before bottling, the wine matures for several months in steel tanks. Nutritional values: E in 100ml 301 Kj (kcal 72)

Organoleptic Characteristics

This is a red wine that well represents the Romagna region, deep red in color to the glass with characteristic notes of cherry and small red fruits. The nose reveals an intense bouquet, characterized by an exuberant fruity fragrance, soft hints of black cherry, floral nuances of violet and delicate spicy sensations. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine tannins and juicy, satisfying fruit. The finish is fresh and with good flavor persistence.

Occasion and Pairing

Excellent paired with porcini mushroom lasagna.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18°C.
