Prosecco Valdobbiadene Gondolieri reveals its charm and magic, reflecting its characteristics with a persuasive, fresh and contemporary flavour. An innovative wine, vintage-dated from 100% Glera grapes, with no added sugar, produced using the Martinotti method and primarily from must, featuring a hand-drawn label in a limited edition. Nutritional values: 100 ml: E=267 kJ/64 kcal

Organoleptic Characteristics

With a subtle, silky effervescence, this Valdobbiadene offers aromas of apple, broom and hawthorn on the nose. The palate is creamy, smooth and fresh. It culminates in a graceful finish of herbs and flavours, made unique by a hint of saltiness reminiscent of the sound and movement of the sea.

THE WINERY

Bisol

The Bisol winery in the "Chartice" area, now known as the Cartizze hill, boasts a history of viticulture in Valdobbiadene that spans five centuries. Characterised by its love of the land and the fruits of the area, the winery controls 20 estates of vineyards scattered over the hills from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano. The winery's prestige also derives from the fact that it is one of the very few in the area to control all stages of production, from the vines to bottling and sales. This is one of the factors that contribute to the excellence of the Veneto sparkling wines that come from here, as well as ensuring a knowledge of the terroir that guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding nature. The microclimate also has a great influence on the Prosecco from Valdobbiadene. A constant optimum breeze, ideal exposure to the sun and a good temperature range, together with the 300 metre altitude of the hillside, contribute to the high quality of the product. Finally, the processing entirely by hand and the differentiation of the wine according to the micro-zone of origin are additional factors that elevate this Veneto wine to an ultimate level.
