The Bisol winery in the "Chartice" area, now known as the Cartizze hill, boasts a history of viticulture in Valdobbiadene that spans five centuries. Characterised by its love of the land and the fruits of the area, the winery controls 20 estates of vineyards scattered over the hills from Valdobbiadene to Conegliano. The winery's prestige also derives from the fact that it is one of the very few in the area to control all stages of production, from the vines to bottling and sales. This is one of the factors that contribute to the excellence of the Veneto sparkling wines that come from here, as well as ensuring a knowledge of the terroir that guarantees the utmost respect for the surrounding nature. The microclimate also has a great influence on the Prosecco from Valdobbiadene.
