Nino Franco’s Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Dry Primo Franco is produced in the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, from carefully selected Glera grapes grown in the estate’s own vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand at the peak of ripeness to preserve freshness and aroma. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with slow fermentation to preserve the wine’s aromas and delicacy. The extended Charmat method lends the wine finesse, creamy bubbles and a harmonious balance between natural sweetness and freshness. The Superiore designation guarantees high quality and a connection to the terroir. E=300 KJ/72 kcal
Visually, it is a brilliant straw-yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, there are elegant aromas of apple, pear, white flowers and light citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with delicate bubbles, balanced sweetness and a pleasant, lingering finish that echoes the fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose.
A versatile and refined wine, perfect as an aperitif, but also ideal throughout a meal. It pairs beautifully with starters, sushi, fish dishes, shellfish, salads and light pastries.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 6–8°C.
