TASTING NOTES

Langhe red Darmagi di Gaja is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, from a vineyard planted by Angelo Gaja in 1978. The glass has a black-violet color, with a very rich nose and excellent concentration. Great aromatic strength of ripe fruit and spices, the nose and palate is balanced with a flowing softness. A wine of tannic majesty that can age in bottle for many years. It offers the best of itself in combination with important cheeses or truffle preparations.
