Production

Franciacorta Camouflage is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which consistently express the rich minerality and complexity characteristic of the terroir. As per the regulations, this Franciacorta Brut Satèn has lower pressure than classic Brut wines, making it softer, with creamy bubbles and a silky texture.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it is a brilliant straw yellow, with a fine perlage and excellent persistence. The nose plays on floral and delicately fruity notes, wildflowers, plums and citrus zest, with subtle hints of dried fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it offers excellent freshness that brings balance to its enveloping structure.

Occasion and Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, but also as a sparkling wine to enjoy with a meal, paired with starters and first courses or fish dishes .

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 8–10°C.
