TASTING NOTES

Franciacorta Camouflage is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, always capable of expressing richness of minerality and complexity of the territory. As to discipline, this Franciacorta Brut Satèn has a lower pressure than the classic Brut, which makes it softer, creamy bubbles and silky texture. In the glass is a brilliant straw yellow, with a fine perlage and excellent persistence. The olfactory imprint is played on floral and delicately fruity hints, wild flowers, plums and citrus peel, with suffused memories of dried fruit and aromatic herbs. The palate is of excellent freshness that gives balance to the enveloping structure. Ideal for the aperitif, but also as a sparkling wine to be consumed at the meal together with appetizers and first fish dishes. To fully appreciate its style, this Franciacorta must be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC. Read more Read less

In the heart of Franciacorta, the Bariselli farm selects and processes the grapes obtained from its own hills of moraine nature. Aided by the microclimate of Lake Iseo, the cultivated hectares are essentially dedicated to the production of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to obtain wines of elegant complexity and aromatic richness.
