Champagne Brut Carte des Etoiles is a fresh, intense and balanced Champagne that includes the true essence of the Champagne region. Produced from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes, Carte des Etoiles is a Brut Premier Cru that is refermented in bottle following the Champenoise Method. Born from vineyards on the Montagne de Reims, it is a complex wine that gives the nose beautiful notes of yellow fruit, with a slight minerality on the finish, with a unique freshness. Slim and pleasant, Champagne by Frederic Levin is excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes. To fully appreciate its style, this Champagne should be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC.
