Champagne Brut Carte des Etoiles is a fresh, intense and balanced Champagne that includes the true essence of the Champagne region. Produced from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes, Carte des Etoiles is a Brut Premier Cru that is refermented in bottle following the Champenoise Method. Born from vineyards on the Montagne de Reims, it is a complex wine that gives the nose beautiful notes of yellow fruit, with a slight minerality on the finish, with a unique freshness. Slim and pleasant, Champagne by Frederic Levin is excellent as an aperitif or with fish dishes. To fully appreciate its style, this Champagne should be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC.

Maison Frederic Levin produces its Champagne through its own vineyards classified as Premier Cru, carrying on tradition and expertise. The grapes come from 8.5 hectares of Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards located in the three municipalities of Trois-Puits, Montbré and Cormontreuil.
