Produced from grapes of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, Carte des Etoiles is a Brut Premier Cru that performs bottle refermentation following the Champenoise Method. It is a complex wine that gives the nose splendid notes of yellow fruit, with a slight minerality on the finish, with a unique freshness. Slender and pleasant, Champagne by Frederic Levin is excellent as an aperitif or as a side dish with fish dishes. To fully appreciate the style, this champagne must be served at a service temperature of 8/10°C.
