Champagne Brut Carte des Etoiles is a fresh, intense and balanced Champagne that includes the true essence of the Champagne region. Produced from grapes of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, Carte des Etoiles is a Brut Premier Cru that performs bottle refermentation following the Champenoise Method. It is a complex wine that gives the nose splendid notes of yellow fruit, with a slight minerality on the finish, with a unique freshness. Slender and pleasant, Champagne by Frederic Levin is excellent as an aperitif or as a side dish with fish dishes. To fully appreciate the style, this champagne must be served at a service temperature of 8/10°C.

The Maison Frederic Levin produces its Champagne through its own vineyards classified as Premier Cru, carrying on tradition and competence. The grapes come from 8.5 hectares of vineyards cultivated Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay located in the three municipalities of Trois-Puits, Montbré and Cormontreuil. Champagnes are processed and refined in cellars dug in chalk at eight meters deep: high humidity and constant temperature allow the wines to age in the best conditions.
