The Franciacorta DOCG Vintage Collection Brut is the mirror of the style of Ca' del Bosco in relation to the vintage. Grapes based on Chardonnay with an important share of Pinot Noir and a balance of Pinot Blanc, the wines come from a strict selection of both vineyards and grapes. The yield in the press is less than 50% and all the musts ferment in wood aging for 5 months, no more. Four years on the lees and a dosage of less than two grams of sugar give a classic Franciacorta, of great texture, representative of the vintage. The glass has a straw yellow color, with golden nuances, very fine and hypnotic perlage. The nose is deep, elegant, balanced. It has body and wealth, tension and character. Haute cuisine is a natural companion at the table. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 10/12 ºC.
