The Champagne Rosé Nature San Eize consists of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, obtained from vineyards located on a clay-type soil and grown in organic farming. The grapes after harvest follow spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeast and malolactic fermentation. The refermentation in bottle takes place according to the Champenoise method and the wine rests on the lees for 24 months. The Champagne Rosé Nature San Eize has an intense pink color to the glass. On the nose are evident notes of rose, iris and freesia with echoes of cloves, sandalwood and strawberry. The palate is full, rich, beautiful minerality and endless persistence. Ideal as an aperitif or with white meat, fresh cheese. To fully appreciate its style, this Champagne should be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC.
