Champagne Extra Brut Cuvée 747 consists of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir that perform a first fermentation in large oak barrels with a stop on the fine lees, assembly with Reserve Wines for 33% and refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. Without filtrations and with low levels of sulfites, ages in bottle on lees for at least 48 months. It comes from vineyards partly in Dizy, such as Corne Bautray and Terres Rouges, and partly in Avize and Ay and gives the nose beautiful notes of yellow fruit, with a slight minerality on the finish that supports a thick substance and that brings to the freshness of a freshly cut cedar. A round and fine palate that makes Jacquesson’s Champagne Extra Brut Cuvée elegant, slender and extremely pleasant. Intense and complex, with hints of candied fruit, citrus, dried fruit and mineral nuances, it is excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish dishes. To fully appreciate the style, this Champagne should be served at a serving temperature of 8/10 ºC.
