TASTING NOTES

Barolo Brunate is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, which age for 36 months in large cask. Brilliant ruby red in color to the glass, this Barolo di Rinaldi has a full, elegant and persistent taste. The nose reveals notes of fresh cherry, mint, violet and tobacco. In the finish can be perceived toasted notes of chocolate, with hints of a metallic minerality, dried flowers and raisins. Excellent in combination with a homemade pasta with meat sauce, or with mature cheeses. To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a serving temperature of 16/18 ºC.
