Giuseppe Rinaldi’s Barolo Brunate is a high-quality red wine produced in the Brunate cru, located between the villages of Barolo and La Morra. It is made from Nebbiolo grapes vinified using traditional methods. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in wooden vats with a long maceration period, followed by 42 months of aging in large Slavonian oak casks. Rinaldi embraces a classic winemaking style, aiming to fully express the character of the terroir.
Rinaldi’s Barolo Brunate has a deep garnet red color that evolves into orange hues with age. On the nose, it is complex and elegant, offering aromas of ripe cherry, violet, mint, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured and austere, with well-integrated tannins, good freshness, and a long finish, making it well-suited for extended aging.
Ideal with structured dishes such as roasts, braised meats, game, truffles, and aged cheeses, particularly Castelmagno. Perfect for elegant dinners, special occasions, or moments of reflection, it is also a collector's wine, capable of evolving and improving over time.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 18/20°C
