Production

Nebbiolo from the Costa Russi single vineyard on the Barbaresco hill, with south/southwestern exposure. It ages in oak for 24 months, preserving the vineyard’s refined, fruit-driven character.

Organoleptic Characteristics

Intense red. Cherry and blueberry stand out on the nose, joined by fresh fruit, marjoram, mint and spice. Expressive and juicy on the palate, with good harmony, volume and polished tannins.

Occasion and Pairing

Perfect with red meats, game, roasts, truffle dishes and aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its structure, elegance and complexity, this wine must be served at a service temperature of 18/20°C.
