Grande Cuvée presents a brilliant straw-yellow color in the glass. Rich and complex, it expresses aromas of citrus, white pepper, aromatic herbs, and a delicate smoky note. Its elegance and excellent balance are supported by a fine and significant structure, along with a refined texture, giving it a unique character. Its exceptional persistence not only describes a simple pleasure but mainly represents the purest expression of a unique mineral terroir in the world.
It can pair with a slice of palamita fish cooked in oil, or for a land-based pairing, stewed rabbit with olives.
To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 14°C.
