TASTING NOTES

Production

The harvest of this pure Pinot Noir takes place at the end of August. Fermentation occurs partly in steel and partly in wood, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. It then matures in French oak barriques for 13 months.

Organoleptic Characteristics

In the glass, it displays intense, bright ruby red nuances, showcasing a concentrated appearance. It has an intense bouquet of cherries and red currants, with a spicy finish of pepper and toasted notes. The tannins are noticeable yet elegant, exuding freshness and persistence.

Occasion and Pairing

A wine with great potential. Refined and ideal for pairing with dishes that are not overly structured, such as white meats or red meats prepared with simple recipes.

Serving Temperature

To fully appreciate its style, this wine should be served at a temperature of 14-16°C.
