TASTING NOTES

Production

The fermentation takes place in both stainless steel and wood, with varying percentages of whole clusters. Maturation occurs in both small and large barrels, followed by a bottle aging of several months.

Organoleptic Characteristics

A Pinot Noir of great elegance with a refined texture. It presents a garnet red color with ruby reflections, and the bouquet is rich and prominent with fruity, spicy notes and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it has excellent persistence, is fairly structured and smooth, with flavors reminiscent of fruits and spices."
